Learn the fundamentals of coastal cruising an auxiliary sailing yacht during daylight hours.  Subjects include Rules of the Road, required equipment, engines and troubleshooting, weather observations, heavy weather, basic navigation, and much more.  

Class fee includes free overnight accommodations on a sailboat at the marina.   Students who successfully complete the class also receive two free four hour charters on a 25 foot Catalina or a 27 foot Morgan.  A docking check-out with an instructor ($25.00/hour) is required before you can use the free charter passes.
